By just paying an annual subscription fee, we can help schools to host the AOS application package (which is either
in English or in Traditional Chinese consisting of one Sports Day application and one Swimming Gala application) on our web application server.
Schools simply click a url link (which is some what like
https://schooladminapps.net/your-school-name/....) supplied by us.
Schools do not need to do any other work and can immediately run the AOS application on our cloud server with ease. This is the
simplest and energy-saving method. The annual subscription fee is
HKD 2,000 *, which includes :
(1) the free access to the AOS application package from
the date of registration to the same registration date of next year, plus (2) free unlimited program usage instruction support
and (3) ONE free on-site usage training workshop in your school campus.
Note (1) We shall take care of all the program fix and updates
Note (2) To guarantee our subscribers with the best online qualities, we temporarily limit our subscribed
school number to a maximum of
100 per year, on a first-come-first-served basis. (We shall review our policy in the future if needed.)

B. Bulk Package Subscription Plan
Some schools may like to use their own school domain names instead of using ours and
would like also to host the AOS application package in their own school's
* web application server, for the reason of privacy and better
security control. We offer to allow schools to install the entire AOS application package onto their schools' application server and grant
them the
right to use the package
lifetime until the AOS package is no longer compatible with any kind of future web application servers.
The basic requirement for hosting the AOS package in your school is that schools should provide their own web application
server (please check the
requirements here).
The bulk packagae subscription fee is a
ONE TIME PAYMENT of HKD 4,800 which includes :
(a) ONE copy of AOS package either in English language or Traditional Chinese language consisting of one Sportsday application and one Swimming Gala application for life time usage, plus
(b) Free program fix and updates for the first two years and a moderate fee (less than HKD1,500) after the 2nd year in case there are unavoidable major program updates or application server re-installation, plus
(c) Free unlimited app usage instruction support for the first two years, and 1 free on-site application usage training workshop in your school campus for the first year, plus
(d) Free installation and configuration services for your school application server and the AOS package.
Note : (i) Some schools might wish to have TWO language versions both in English and Traditional Chinese installed
in their web application server, we offer a special price of
HKD2,000 to acquire the second copy [Please contact

(ii)
school * means one school only. If Primary and Secondary sections are located in
the same premises, they are treated as ONE school.
Addon services
(1) We can help schools to obtain a
ONE year SSL Certificate subscription plus installation service on the school's valid sub-domain for a total amount of
HKD500 only.
(2) We also provide an ANNUAL subscription hosting service for the schools' sub-domains (in the form of <
school-name.schooladminapps.net> together with
a
ONE year SSL Certificate on our Compnay's server for a total amount of
HKD880 only.

C. Subscription Procedures
1. Please whatsapp Mr. KW Chiu (趙sir) @90499456, informing him which plan (Annual or Bulk Package) your school would like to subscribe
2. Our company will issue a quotation to your school
3. Once your school head / Principal has accepted/approved the quotation offer, whatsapps Mr. Chiu about it
4. Our technical staff will contact your school I.T. technician as soon as possible to handle the school web application server and the AOS package installation.
[Note: the whole process of server installation may take about 3 days to 1 week, depending on different situations]
5. After the AOS server installation is completed and is tested working properly, we will then make an arrangement to schedule a date convenient to the school to hold a usage training workshop (about 2-2.5 hours) for your target users
6. We shall send an invoioe to the school to settle the payment by any method. On payment received, we will send back an official copy of the payment receipt to the school by POST
